New Features

  • New Map Layouts!
  • This Patch we will be experimenting with several different Map Layouts. We look forward to hearing your feedback as we continue to try additional layouts in future patches.
  • Added an alternate Greek and Norse Map layout.
  • New Campaigns
  • This Patch we have added Campaigns. Campaigns are a brand new playlist that allows the Player to compete against the AI to unlock Pantheons and additional Rewards.
  • This Patch will include Campaigns for the Egyptian Pantheon and the Norse Pantheon.
  • Completing the Campaigns will unlock the respective Pantheon for the Player and will give the user a total of 300 Favor (per Campaign).
  • Tutorial
  • This Patch we have added a Tutorial! Completing the Tutorial will reward the Player with 300 Favor. Please let us know any and all bugs that you encounter so we can continue to refine the New Player Experience.
  • New Profile Screen!
  • In this Patch the Profile screen will display your Player Level, Campaign Mastery, Cards Owned, and your Leader Levels.
  • New Environmental Tile Effect!
  • The Norse Layout features a new Environmental Tile called Fire Hazards. Units who end their turn on a tile that is occupied by a Fire Hazard will take one damage. Walking over Fire Hazards do not deal damage!
  • New Card Mechanic!
  • Forge is a new ability that allows the Player to choose from three different randomly selected cards. Once the Player has chosen a Card, the card will be added to the Player's hand.
  • New Norse Cards!
  • 1 Mana, Forge a Norse Item.
  • 2 Mana, Forge a Norse God and give it +2 Attack.
  • New Greek Leader
  • 1/20, Ability: Spend 2 Mana to deal 1 Damage in Target Area (2x2) at the end of the enemies turn.
  • New Greek Cards
  • 4/5, 5 Mana, Passive: At the end of every round spawn an 0/2 Spiderling. Ability: Give all Spiderlings Taunt.
  • 3/8, 7 Mana, Ability: Pull any Enemy within 4 tiles to you and Stun them.
  • 1 Mana, Forge a God.
  • New Egyptian Card
  • 5 Mana, Forge an Egyptian Item and add an additional copy of it to your hand.

General

  • Card Packs now cost 300 Favor to unlock.
  • Winning a Match rewards the Player with 10 Favor.
  • The Daily Login Bonus has been tweaked to reflect the new cost of Card Packs.
  • Reduced the Round Timer from 120 seconds to 90 seconds.
  • Added the ability to see what units and cards your enemy is targeting on their turn.
  • Made changes to unit targeting to be more fluid.
  • Added a new Keyword for damage reduction effects called “Shield X.” All shield effects now have an associated value and do not stack. :*For example if a unit has Shield 1 and then has Shield 2 applied to it, that unit will reduce damage by 2 and not 3.
  • Added new messages for when a player attempts an invalid action such as targeting a friendly with an item that can only target enemies.

Balance

  • Health increased from 6 to 7.
  • Reduced Health from 3 to 2.
  • Increased cost from 4 to 5.
  • Reduced damage from 4 to 3.
  • New effect: Your leader gains +1 return damage until the start of your next turn.
  • Reduced cost from 2 to 1.
  • Reduced Mana Cost from 4 to 3.
  • Increased Damage on Cursed Warrior from 1 to 2.
  • Damage increased from 5 to 7.
  • Now has charge instead of Pardon.
  • Increased cost from 1 to 2.
  • Reduced cost from 3 to 2.
  • Reduced cost from 4 to 3.
  • Ability now provides a unit with +1/+1.
  • Ability now costs 2 Mana instead of 1.
  • Now cleanses taunt.
  • Reduced cost from 3 to 2.
  • Now can sacrifice minions and gods.
  • You can now chose the target to hit with the damage.
  • Reduced cost from 3 to 2.
  • This card can now be used on Leaders.
  • Movement increased from 2 to 3.
  • Ability now deals 2 damage.
  • Increased Health from 2 to 4.
  • Reduced damage from 3 to 2.
  • Increased Health from 3 to 4.
  • New Effect: Refresh all god cooldowns and allow them to use their abilities again.
  • Increased cost from 3 to 4.
  • Increased Damage from 2 to 4.
  • Reduced health from 5 to 4.
  • Adjusted to be a 4/6.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where Sobek's ability did not animate.
  • Fixed an issue where units would not move to attack deployables (Medusa Statues).
  • Fixed an issue where deployables could not be attacked.
  • Fixed an issue where Skadi would heal Kaldr instead of adding the stated amount of health.
  • Fixed an issue where card xp was being cleared.
  • Addressed an issue where some UI elements were not loading.
  • Fixed an issue where card total was not updating in the deck builder when inspecting a card.
  • Fixed Athena Ability animation and FX.
  • Fixed an issue with using blink into grass.
  • Addressed an issue where Mayhem would target a unit that was in the process of being killed.
  • Addressed several issues where players could sometimes not queue again after a match ended.
  • Added FX for Skadi, Kaldr, and Fenrir.
  • Fixed Skadi's ability not animating.
  • Fixed some configuration issues where some abilities counted as basic attacks in some cases.
  • Fixed an issue where Fire Giant did not buff some God's ability damage.
